My mother is from Ireland. She wanted me to be called Melanie, like my grandma.
My father is from Kashmire. He wished me to be called Jasmine.
Now I’m but a red haired Irish girl, with a spicy and exotic name.
I work as editor. I correct, suggest, put a bit of my writing and reading experience and a part of my self in what other people write. So, don’t be surprised if you find me a bit torn and crazy sometimes. And pissed off I’d say.
My travels all around the world, my magnetic attraction for all people making arts and working with any kind of arts…
everyting is just a detail, turning around my double name.
And my absurd job.

Some pleople say I am an ‘inspiration hunter’.
I’m attracted by baskers, writers, painters, poets… anybody who has an unconventional way to say something.

And when I meet someone new that keeps my attention, I just write about it.
Not in my novel, though. I’m an editor. And I suggest characters to other writers in a momentary lack of imagination.
So, I just land my inspiration and the life of people I meet… to others.

So, If you find yourself or some of your friends in an Irish or English novel this could be my fault.

Funny, uh?
